Today a boring Sunday afternoon. Early in the morning wake up, nothing to do. Heard that my mum said will be going out tonight, but the noon period is very long....also not feeling well. Haiz...thinking of this Tuesday school reopen even worst, lesson start as per normal + May intake people come in + Dragon Boat training 3 times a week + Maths 'O' level lesson on Friday + Video production on Monday/Tuesday + my M1 bill......SO STRESS dT-Tb. Now surfing net + working on my Resume project.

Yesterday Dragon Boat sea training....hmm....I LATE. the day before I sleep, don't know what's wrong with my mind. Set the alarm 9.30am when I should wake up at 7.30am. In the end I wake up at 8.55am and reach Bedok Reservoir at 9.30am. All my team member already ran far away from me. Soon I do my warm up follow by my punishment (150 push up) then ran 1 round hoping to catch up with them, but after 3/4 round, I saw them reaching the finish point. So I quickly ran back and carry the boat down and start rowing....luckily I can get into the boat. d-.-b

This afternoon, having my EES(Engineering Essentials) lesson. Hmm......just took me 2 hours. Then at 4pm, I went to Dragon Boat training. It was raining, so we can't use the track, therefore we proceed to the indoor sport hall. After our warm up, we ran around the school. wow...teacher ran with us....so tired. After that we have our 5 minutes break. Then continue with our normal training....doing set and all kinds of push up. After all...the time reach 7pm and we go off....My whole T-shirt was wet and I am very tired. In fact, all the training was the same feeling after all. as what they said, NO PAIN NO GAIN, which is right.
